5. Prices
All prices displayed on PleasurePackages.ca are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other mandatory charges will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time before an order is placed.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical, technical, supplier, or other error, we may refuse or cancel the affected order.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel because of a pricing error, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order through PleasurePackages.ca does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or can be fulfilled.

8. Third-Party Fulfillment and Drop Shipping
PleasurePackages.ca works with suppliers and fulfillment partners to stock, process, and ship certain orders.
Some products may be shipped directly from a supplier or fulfillment facility rather than from a PleasurePackages.ca location.
PleasurePackages.ca currently uses JAL Enterprises as one of its suppliers and third-party fulfillment partners.
Where necessary to fulfill an order, customer and order information may be provided to the applicable fulfillment provider, shipping carrier, or courier in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The sender name, return address, fulfillment location, shipping label, or courier shown on a package may therefore differ from PleasurePackages.ca.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed where applicable during checkout or elsewhere on the website.
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including:

10. Discreet Shipping
We understand that privacy is important when purchasing intimate products.
Orders are intended to be shipped in discreet external packaging without product descriptions appearing prominently on the outside of the shipment.
Because some orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, courier labels, return addresses, and sender information may vary.
11. Payment
Payment methods available at checkout may include major credit cards and other payment methods offered through our payment processing providers.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
PleasurePackages.ca does not store complete payment card numbers on its own servers.
Charges may appear on your payment statement under MH Pleasures Inc. or another descriptor disclosed during checkout.
12. Returns, Exchanges and Hygiene Products
Because many products sold through PleasurePackages.ca are intimate or personal-use products, returns and exchanges may be restricted for health, hygiene, and safety reasons once packaging has been opened or a product has been used.
Eligibility for returns, exchanges, defective-product assistance, refunds, or cancellations is governed by our posted return and refund policies and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to remove or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds, where approved, will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times imposed by financial institutions or payment providers are outside our control.
Nothing in this section limits cancellation or refund rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Purchasing a product from PleasurePackages.ca does not automatically mean that you consent indefinitely to receive promotional marketing communications.

Unless otherwise stated, website content owned by MH Pleasures Inc. may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
Product names, trademarks, images, and other intellectual property belonging to manufacturers, suppliers, or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
The sale of a third-party product does not transfer ownership of that manufacturer's intellectual property to PleasurePackages.ca or to the purchaser.

PleasurePackages.ca may contain links to websites operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for the content, security, availability, privacy practices, or terms of websites operated by third parties.
Accessing third-party websites is at your own discretion.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MH Pleasures Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products or the website.
Customers are responsible for using products safely and according to manufacturer instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms and Conditions are intended to operate consistently with applicable Canadian and Alberta consumer-protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate a statutory right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of PleasurePackages.ca are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts or tribunals having jurisdiction in Alberta, except where applicable consumer-protection legislation provides otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.
